    Our technical service team is at your disposal for maintenance, repair, calibration of laboratory instruments and ordering original spare parts. We are also available worldwide for warranty extensions and all other questions. The problem-free handling of service cases is a matter of course for us.

  • SUPPORT VIA REMOTE ACCESS for Analysette 22 & Analysette 28

    With the help of the remote maintenance software "Teamviewer" our service technician can connect directly to your PC and control it.

    This is how it works:
    1. Contact our service via e-mail: service@fritsch.de (Ref: Teamviewer Support A-22 / A-28) and make an appointment for remote maintenance.
    2. You will receive a separate ticket link before each appointment.*
    3. Use this link to start the remote maintenance and our technician will connect to your PC with your permission

    NOTE: The remote maintenance is recorded for security reasons and requires your consent in advance.

    - Computer with internet connection

    *a fee will be charged as of October 1, 2022
  • Are you interested in a service contract?

    In order perfectly to ensure the longevity of your instruments, we offer maintenance contracts which are completely adapted to your needs.
