Recommendation:	Unfortunately, it has not been told what “higher amounts” should be. For amounts of several kilograms (< 100 kg), a Disk Mill PULVERISETTE 13 should be suitable for a daily grinding with a gap setting of 0,3 mm (ta achieve particles < 0,5 mm). If higher amounts should be ground, we don’t recommend using one of our machines.

Comments:	With only 10 g of material, we cannot give a forecast how long it might take to grind e.g. 1 kg; 2 kg, etc, because an almost empty grinding chamber needs more time to achieve an equal output then a fully loaded grinding chamber. When grinding chamber will become empty, the output will be lower than in the beginning of a grinding process. Start size use to be perfect for a constant grinding of sample. We fed the 10 g of sample and within 30 seconds, grinding sound stopped. All sample have been ground successfully. After grinding, all particles use to be < 0,3 mm in one dimension. The maximum length of particles use to be about 0,5 mm. A grinding of higher amounts is possible. Cleaning can be performed rapidly by vacuuming with a soft brush.
