Wet Dispersion Unit SVM

Compact and economical: The FRITSCH small volume wet dispersion unit SVM is ideal for mechanical dispersion of very small sample quantities and offers intuitive manual operation. The unit needs 100 ml liquid for the entire measurement circuit, which is extremely important for the use of organic solvents.

For this purpose the ANALYSETTE 22 Small Volume Dispersion Unit SVM is available, which can be optionally utilised with our Wet Dispersion Unit (22.8500.00) or as the only dispersion unit in combination with the NanoTec Measuring Unit (22.8000.00).

Water soluble products, pharmaceutical products, chemicals, food, emulsions.

Manual operation of the freely adjustable centrifugal pump via a control dial on the dispersion unit. SOP’s in the MaS control software contain the corresponding prompts for the measurement of defined samples and ensure the reproducibility of the measurement. Manual filling, emptying and cleaning.

All parts of the small volume wet dispersion unit SVM, coming into contact with the dispersion liquid are made of high-quality stainless steel, PTFE, BK7 glass, Viton^® Extreme or silicone and suitable for use with benzine, alcohol and many organic solvents as suspension liquids. • Thorough rinsing of the measurement circuit, which has no dead space, with a single-lever valve (4/2-way ball valve)
• Manually controlled centrifugal pump for gentle transport of the sample
• Benzine, alcohol and many organic solvents can also be used as suspension liquid
