Maik Paluga and Dr. Günther Crolly answered questions about ANALYSETTE 22 NeXT for you.
1.: What is the biggest innovation of the ANALYSETTE 22 NeXT?:
Maik Paluga: If I had to commit myself to one thing, I would say the dispersion unit. Here we have gone a completely new way during the development, which for example has led to the fact that no valves are necessary anymore. This has a particularly positive effect on cleaning and maintenance. It is also possible to monitor both the temperature and the pH value.
2.: Which advantage does the ANALYSETTE 22 NeXT offer the costumer compared to other instruments on the market?
Maik Paluga: Due to the new division into two measuring units with different measuring ranges as well as the separate ultrasonic box, a wide flexibilty results. This means that the device can be configured for each customer so that the costs correspond to the respective requirements.

Dr. Günther Crolly: The differences between the ANALYSETTE 22 NeXT and comparable devices lie in details that at first glance may seem unimpressive, but in individual cases have a significant impact on the simplicity of use and the reliability of the results. An example of this is the design of the measuring circuit as well as the dispersion bath and the resulting rinsing process at the end of a measurement. Some systems require a very long time to flush the measured sample material out of the sample circuit and to fill a fresh, pure medium into the system for the next measurement. If this is not done carefully, residues of the old sample can lead to disturbances during subsequent measurements. For this reason, when we redesigned the dispersing unit, great importance was attached both to the precise design of the sample bath and to an extraordinarily efficient and fast cleaning and refilling of the system. By means of a valveless, patented system for emptying the measuring circuit, we have created the prerequisite for treating even difficult materials quickly and reliably. This is only one example of many and the difference results, as so often, from the sum of many small details. With over 35 years of experience in this field, we can confidently say: WE MADE IT!
5.: Does the instrument require extensive instruction?
Dr. Günther Crolly: The Laser Particle Sizer is easy to operate, even for employees with brief instructions and no previous knowledge. A short introduction to the device is enough and the rest runs automatically. With the ANALYSETTE 22 NeXT we have made a significant step forward in terms of simplifying operation. And, of course, we are also happy to support you in tricky application cases with our own application laboratory and the experience we have gained there over many years.
