Tuff (1-2) and Microsilica (3-4)

*1: See our partice size analysis of the original sample with ANALYSETTE 22 NanoTec, on Meas.No 8087.

*2: To avoid overpressure (temperature approx. 95°C), we grinded for max. 3min and programmed a pause of 20min.

*3: We grinded the sample for totally 60min, but the particle size analysis after 30min has shown, that the particle size starts to swell.

Therefore, we aborted the grinding and did an other grinding test with a different solvent like IPA: isopropyl alcohol (see trial 2).

*3: We grinded the sample for totally 120min, but there was no change in fineness after 60min of grinding. Therefore, we aborted the grinding.

*3: We grinded the sample for totally 60min, but there is no change in fineness after 30min of grinding. Therefore, we aborted the grinding right here and do an other grinding test with a different solvent like isopropyl alcohol (see trial 4).
