It only took 2 minutes to feed 500 g of sample. After grinding, the rotor had a temperature of ~ 40 °C. The sample inside of the collecting vessel had a temperature of ~ 29 °C.

Sieve openings use to remain free of residues, even higher amounts can be ground without problems.

Afterwards, we used our Vibratory Sieve Shaker ANALYSETTE 3 Pro and a test sieve of 250 µm mesh to determine the achieved fineness. Already 99 % of sample use to be able to pass the test sieve.

For this, the desired d90 < 250 µm has been achieved.
